We clarify the customer’s needs for contract work by giving examples, images of past work, drawings, and on-site visits. We will issue a quote or quotation based on materials and labour expenses once all criteria have been agreed upon.

A formal contract will be drawn up and advance payment will be paid upon acceptance of the agreed-upon price. In contract projects, the client must return the building/compartment in perfect shape so that work may begin on schedule.

The project coordinator is in charge of negotiating the timetable with the customer. The work is then carried out in accordance with the plan, and the client is kept informed on a regular basis. If any difficulties develop during the course of our work, we will make every effort to resolve them at no additional expense. We shall, of course, consult with the customer before taking any action. We will do everything we can to address the situation as much as possible.

After we have completed the task, we ensure that our customers are pleased and offer comments for future improvements.
